Kimberly Paterson – Founder and Partner
Kimberly helps leaders change the mindsets and behaviors that limit individual and corporate success. At age 23, she founded CIM – a strategic planning and corporate communications company that works with senior executives of financial services organizations on change initiatives. The firm’s clients include Allianz, Marsh, Wells Fargo, CIGNA, Travelers, Tokio Fire & Marine, Bank of America and AIG. With more than two plus decades of field experience on change initiatives, Kimberly has extensive real world expertise in what works and what doesn't work. Over the years she’s learned that the best intentions, planning and execution aren't always enough to “move the needle.” Individuals, teams and organizations often struggle to make the changes that are so vital to their success. That need is what motivated Kimberly to develop Breakthough Code - a proven method for addressing changes that are resistant to traditional approaches. Kimberly is a Certified Executive Coach. She recently studied and earned her Certification in “Unlocking Immunity To Change” at Harvard University. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Coaching, which is affiliated with Harvard Medical School. She is a featured columnist in Rough Notes magazine and frequent speaker on the topic of change. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys restoring century-old homes and anything related to art and nature. She is an advocate in insuring high quality of life and education for severely brain injured children. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and daughter but her heart is always at the beach at her home in Little Compton, Rhode Island. Fred G.
