LEADERS

What we do
No matter how skilled leaders are, they have behaviors – some conscious, some unconscious – that are working in opposition to what they’re trying to accomplish. The more experienced the leader is, the more blind they can be to the impact.  We help leaders increase their positive impact by identifying and managing the behaviors that work for them and against them.

LEARN MORE

When senior leaders use executive coaches:

  • When they feel a change in behavior —either for themselves or their team members — can make a significant difference in the long-term success of the organization.

  • In times of change including, promotions, stretch assignments, and other new challenges. Succeeding in a new role often requires skills the leader hasn't needed in the past. A coach can help sharpen those skills, particularly when they need to be acquired quickly, while on the job.

  • When feedback has surfaced an area in which the leader wants to improve.

  • When efforts to change themselves, their team team, or organization have failed. An outside expert can get to  root cause and make fundamental changes.

  • An increasingly common use of coaching is helping senior executives create work environments in which workers with new mindsets can thrive.
