Two common ways we work with teams are:
Unifying new teams – Through team coaching based on a proven methodology, we help colleagues quickly build the trust, shared mission and language, and processes to effectively implement strategy.
Helping established teams overcome barriers that limit performance – Even the best teams get stuck. The barrier may be too heavy a reliance on past success, interpersonal dynamics within the team that limit potential synergies within the business or a resistance to change that needs to happen in order for the organization to move forward.
Using a coaching process called BreakThrough Code, we help teams surface the competing and often hidden agendas that hold them back. Once recognized and addressed, significant change and progress are possible.
