CIM, Inc., works with
management and A.M. Best to quickly identify and understand any
concerns the rating agency may have about a company, making sure
they are legitimate, and not merely based on perceptions or lack
of understanding. Once the critical areas likely to impact the rating
are identified, we introduce realistic, corrective actions designed
to not only be effective, but to regain the confidence of that company's
A.M. Best team. At management's option, we can work alongside their
team or coach from afar in the implementation of the needed changes.
We work closely with management in the development and presentation
of their discussions with A.M. Best, while serving as a liaison
to further improve the rating agency's confidence in the company's
ability to deliver a compelling plan. A.M. Best says, "a clear,
proper and professional presentation could, by itself, make a full
rating grade difference."
